Bail Bonds News: Target Youths

I watched this on the news last night, where one police force has actually just done this. It shows the police following the teenagers, harassing them as they harass their victims, taking pictures of them and following them wherever they go! The result was that they brought down the level of violence in that particular area, which in my opinion can only be a good thing. Read Related Topics
